Create Marketplace – Shipping Policy

At Create Marketplace, we are proud to support an incredible community of independent creators, makers, and vendors. Because our platform features unique and custom items shipped directly from various individual shops, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Standard Items: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Because many of our creators handcraft their items to order, processing times for personalized or custom goods may take longer. Please check the specific product page description for estimated creation times.

  • Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days once handed off to the carrier.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select items at checkout for faster delivery.

Multiple Shipments: Because Create Marketplace features items from multiple independent vendors, orders containing items from different shops may arrive in separate packages and may have staggered delivery dates. You will not be charged extra shipping beyond what is calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once a vendor fulfills your item, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Create Marketplace is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

5. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your package upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Create Marketplace is not responsible for these charges.
