Our Journey & Growth
March 2026: New Beginnings On March 14, 2026, Create Marketplace officially transitioned to new ownership. We immediately took action to secure our store's future and build a stronger, vendor-first foundation:
- 140+ Vendors Onboarded: Successfully transferred over 140 local vendors into our updated management and POS systems with zero sales disruption.
- Vendor-First Improvements: Implemented immediate store enhancements based on direct vendor feedback and updated physical retail standards.
- Brand-New E-Commerce Platform: Rebuilt our website from scratch to give every vendor a dedicated online channel to reach customers everywhere.
2027: Looking Ahead Building on our solid foundation, we are introducing new initiatives to help our creative community grow:
- Official Google Partnership: Launching business essentials courses powered by Coursera to equip vendors with digital marketing and business skills.
- Expanded Digital Reach: Driving national marketing campaigns and continuous website upgrades to boost online sales for all 140+ brands.
- Dedicated Vendor Support: Deepening support through a dedicated marketing coordinator, monthly all-calls, and regular feedback surveys.
